Be Brave Yoga! in the Park

2 classes - 5-7pm & 6:15-7pm

These classes are donations based. (cash or Venmo)

Don’t let the word YOGA scare you.  Carrie Your Yogi believes that if you can breathe, you can do yoga.  Come, be brave. The benefits of yoga are wide:

  • it improves strength, balance & flexibility (both in body and in mind). 

  • benefits heart health & helps with sleep

  • it can increase energy and brighten moods

  • it can lower levels of stress in the body 

  • It helps bring awareness to the body sensations

    During each 60 minute class, Carrie will guide you through breathing exercises and yoga shapes that are made accessible for all different bodies. Find the courage within yourself, bring balance into your life, and get stronger and healthier inside and out. These classes are offered through Fitness in the Parks.
